This is a proposed renovation of a luxury apartment community based in Coral Gables, Florida. The renovation includes two additions; a new conference room and two new office nooks off of the lobby for applicants to have privacy to apply for future residency. The color scheme is going from the current bright modern yellow, which the client objected to, to a more nautical, tropical, and Miami-based color theme which features hues and tones within the teal/aqua/turquoise families and orangey-red and salmon families.  Artwork is now 'faceless' as the client preferred as well.
