An absolute creative spectacle befitting the grandeur of such a world-leading real estate development endeavor, I can best summarize the experience, as they say, by showing you better than I can tell you!

And to put an exclamatory point on the overall dramatic and glamorous gala, another type of artistic performer after my own heart as a former dancer, this lovely ballerina in full character as a moving tree that delighted the guests. I wanted to upload the video I took of her enchanting movements, but the file was too large. Hopefully, you can still sense her elegance and finesse through the stills I made instead ♥

I’ll answer this based on consistent feedback that I get from customers and that is that they cherish the individualized approach I commit to each one of them in mapping out both short and long term attainable expectations throughout the design process from consultation to conceptual completion: they are my most treasured point of inspiration.
I take pride in meticulously implementing all of the lovely, intimate details customers entrust sharing with me in order for me to deliver a tailor-made mosaic of spaces they’ll love to create memories in. Clients rest in my discretion, finesse, and treatment of holding their privacy with a high regard for confidentiality. If they want to have fun, laugh a lot, and be at ease throughout the entire time we work together knowing that their vision is understood by me and will be interpreted with acute accuracy, then I’m the designer or 3D renderer for them.
As a designer, trade showroom director, and private yacht charter affiliate, from the moment I first stepped into the sales center for one of Una Residences' inaugural, exclusive private presentations last July 2018, I was mesmerized by the most breathtaking, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay I had seen in person as a recent snow bunny transplant from Maryland just two years prior. The serene and sexy ambiance of the location captivated all I had ever envisioned about what it would be like to live, breath, work hard, and play harder in the tropical oasis of South Florida.
Anyone who knows anything about my passion for the unexpected in modern architecture and design will know why the premise of the super yacht - the point of inspiration for the undulating, masterfully sculpted lines of Una Residences' exterior - resonate with my creative soul given its deliberate swoon factor!

After an unbelievably productive year in closing inventory and providing value-added presentations to it's industry leading partners, which I'm grateful to have been considered amongst, the Fortune Development Sales team of real estate sales and marketing giant Fortune International Group is now poised to turn the next phase of Una Residences back over to the internationally renowned developers from OKO Group and the dynamic duo architectural team of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) and break ground verrrry soon! So much so, that all current occupants of the soon-to-be current structure have to finish leaving the building by the end of August in order for demolition to start - wow!
​The remaining inventory available starts at over $2 million and goes well over $7 million before interior design services are retained.
